All power off in home, neighbors power on, confirmed power to meter; tripped all breakers didn't work, help?
Also reset main breaker, but still no power to entire home.
I called the electric company to confirm power to the meter and they confirmed.
turn main breaker off , push it to off turn back on,
push each breaker off don,t flip it,
They won,t reset by flipping them off
and yes you can confirm power to the meter by testing the leads to the main breaker
