How to set up wireless internet settings in my laptop ??
I have a wireless internet connection in my house on my desktop pc. I want to configure wireless internet settings on my compaq presario 2500 series laptop. It has a National Semiconductors (Netgear) DP83815 PCI Ethernet network adapter. Is wireless internet / lan is supported by this card ???
Sorry, that card is not wireless capable. If your computer has an internal wireless card, you will see it listed in your hardware devices under network cards - a wireless-capable card will be labeled "wireless."
Assuming you are using a Windows o/s, check System Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>Network Adapters and see if one is listed.
For more info on the card you have, Google the model number you listed and you will find the exact specs. Aloha.
