What is the difference between NNP and PNP switches?
I think you mean NPN and PNP.
They are transistor types.
The difference is in the polarity of their supply and in the polarity of the input which causes them to conduct.
It will be much easier if you do a Google search for NPN and PNP transistors than it will be for me to explain here.
